Recipes #Make Pizza In Yours House (Health Tech)


              ➥Directions
  1. ü  To make the base:
  2. ü  Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until completely combined.
  3. ü  The mixture should be a little wet, not like a traditional pizza base.
  4. ü  On a large tray lined with paper, place the dough mixture and press out until it’s about 1cm thick. (Wetting your hands will help the mixture not stick to you).
  5. ü  Place the base in the oven for about 7 minutes, until slightly cooked.
  6. ü  Remove from the oven.
   Add toppings to pizza:
  1. ü  Top your pizza first with the minced garlic spread evenly.
  2. ü  Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese,
  3. ü  Add the prawns, basil, capsicum, spinach & boccocini.
  4. ü  Finally, sprinkle the remainder of the cheese on top.
  5. ü  Place back into the oven a further 10-15mins.
  6. ü  Combine all ingredients for the pizza sauce.
  7. ü  Drizzle over baked pizza
For the base                                                     For the topping
Ø  200g almond meal                                       -3 cloves garlic, minced
Ø  200g tapioca flour                                       -500g peeled prawns
Ø  5 egg whites                                                -1/2 bunch basil
Ø  1/4 cup olive oil                                          -50g baby spinach
Ø  1 tsp garlic powder                                     -1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
Ø  1 tsp bi-carb soda                                       -100g boccochini cheese
Ø  1/4 tsp garlic powder                                  -1/2 red capsicum, finely sliced
Ø  1/4 tsp onion powder                                -1/2 yellow capsicum, finely sliced
Ø  1/2 tsp salt
Pizza sauce
Ø  1/2 cup good quality whole egg mayo
Ø  1 tbsp tomato paste
Ø  1/4 tsp salt
Ø  1/4 tsp wasabi paste
