The 10 best tips to control your anger

The 10 best tips to control your anger
Do you get angry when someone blocks you while driving? Does your blood pressure go off when your child refuses to help? Anger is a normal emotion, and even healthy, but it is important to face it in a positive way. Uncontrolled anger can affect both your health and your relationships. Are you ready to control your anger? To begin, consider these 10 anger management tips.
1. Think before you speak: In a moment of anger, it is easy to say something that you will later regret. Take a few moments to sort your thoughts before saying something, and allow the other people involved in the situation to do the same.

2. Once you calm down, express your anger: As soon as you can think clearly, express your frustration in an assertive but non-confrontational way. Communicate your concerns and needs clearly and directly, without hurting others or trying to control them.

3. Get some exercise: Physical activity can reduce the stress that can cause you anger. If you feel your anger rising, go for a run or walk briskly, or take time to do physical activities that you enjoy.

4. Take some time to reflect: The times to reflect are not just for children. Take small breaks at times of the day that tend to be stressful. Some quiet moments can help you feel better prepared to handle what will happen next without becoming irritated or angry.

5. Identify possible solutions: Instead of focusing on what bothered you, work to solve the problem in question. Does it make you crazy that your child's room is messy? Close the door. Is your partner always late for dinner? Plan to eat later or eat on your own a few times a week. Remember that anger will not solve anything and may make the problem worse.

6. Keep your comments in the first person: To avoid criticizing or blaming, which can only increase tension, use first-person sentences to describe the problem. Be respectful and specific. For example, you can say: "It bothered me that you got off the table and did not offer to help with the dishes," instead of saying, "You never help with household chores."

7. Do not hold a grudge: Forgiveness is a powerful tool. If you allow anger and other negative feelings to displace positive ones, it is possible that your own resentment or your sense of injustice will consume you. But if you can forgive someone you are angry with, you could learn from the situation and strengthen your relationship with that person.

8. Use humor to relieve stress: Taking things slowly can help relieve tension. Use humor as an aid to face what angers you and, possibly, the unrealistic expectations you have about how things should be. However, avoid sarcasm, since it can hurt feelings and make things worse.

9. Practice relaxation techniques: When you feel exasperated, practice the relaxation techniques. Practice deep breathing exercises, imagine a relaxing scene or repeat a word or phrase that calms you down, such as "Take it easy". You can also listen to music, write a journal or practice some yoga postures: whatever it takes to relax.

10. When should you seek help?: Learning to control anger is a challenge for anyone at times. Seek help for anger problems if your anger seems out of control, makes you do things that you regret or hurt the people around you.

Seeds and seed soil cleansing
Tomatoes are cultivated by making sapling. For this, sapling seeds have to be made and there is to make saplings. For successful cultivation of tomatoes, seeds that are bought or treated in the house should be treated first. If possible, before sowing, it should be done to test the pelvic examination before sowing. Once the seeds are not sown in the seed bed or the low-weeds or the saplings, then the disease will be damaged. Many of the seeds are hidden in the bacteria. For example, early bruising or early blight disease, mosaic virus, fungal diseases, etc. may lead to germs of the disease. These diseases become active after getting water on the ground. As a result the seedlings die. Again, there may be some bacteria in the seed bed too. Such as sapling or dumping of disease germs. These pathogens can also attack Charaka. That is why it is better to clean the seed bed.

Seeds can be cleansed in a few ways. It is easy to soak the seeds in hot water and make it easy to clean. If the seeds of tomato in 30 minutes of hot water at 500 cents temperature, then the seeds on the body or the bacteria and fungal germs in the body die. Then the seeds that are wet will be dried and sown in the shade. Some plants can also be cleansed with plants. This can be done with garlic juice. Besides, seeds can also be modified with fungicide. And after planting soil on the ground floor, mixing organic manure with polythene, after covering two weeks, many microbes in the soil die due to the sun's heat and the seeds of the seed bed are cleansed. If there is no time to spread the wood powder by spreading 3 inches thick on the soil of the seed bed, the disease is also damaged in the heat.

Planting
Tomato can be cultivated directly on the soil in the field. However, in order to get good yield quickly, the seedlings will be planted separately and planted in the original soil. For this, clean seeded soil should be cleaned and seedbed with good soil cultivation. After the cultivation, the soil should be made flat by making a bed of 1 meter wide. The bed is 3-5 meters long without too long. It is in the service of care. Sprinkler seeds can be sown seedlings. For sowing, usually: Seeds of 100-150 g of seeds per square meter. It takes 6-14 days to grow seedlings from seeds

The safety and integrity of Rice production

The safety and integrity of Rice production
Rice, wheat, and maize are the world’s three leading food crops; together they supply over 40% of all calories consumed by the entire human population. Of these three major crops, rice is the most widely consumed food crop for people in the developing world. It has been estimated that over half the world’s population subsists wholly or partially on rice.
The safety and integrity of rice production worldwide faces substantial challenges. Fraud in the rice supply has been well known for some time but the types of fraud and its scale appears to be increasing dramatically. Reports of counterfeiting, ‘toxic rice’ and ‘plastic rice’ are now frequently reported in the media around the world. This has served to fuel substantial fears in many that what they and their children are eating is not safe.
So how much truth is in these reports and what can be done to detect rice fraud at a global level? The webinar will outline some of the facts & myths about rice fraud and present some of the very latest ways we can fingerprint rice to help stop criminals getting away with cheating the global citizen.

Food industry warns UK Environment Minister on Brexit crisis

Numerous food associations have put forward a letter to the Environment Secretary detailing how consultations should be set back for review.
The UK food industry has threatened to stop cooperating with government policy consultations, stating the impact of a catastrophic ‘no-deal’ Brexit.
The Environmental Secretary Michael Gove received a letter from over 30 business leaders, who commented saying it looked “ever more the likeliest outcome” that the UK would leave the EU without an agreement.
“We are meeting weekly with representatives from our food and drink industry to help prepare for all scenarios,” said a spokesperson for the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs.
The government has stated that leaving the EU with a deal is its “top priority”.
The food industry has stated that the current situation was potentially a ‘moment of crisis’ for the industry. Among those who signed the letter are the heads of the National Farmers’ Union, UK Hospitality and the Food and Drink Federation.
Other members of trade bodies, such as Mondelez subsidiary Cadbury; KP Snacks, which makes Hula Hoops; and Butterkist popcorn, as well as consumer goods giant Nestle, also signed the letter.
It read ‘neither we nor our members have the physical resources nor organisational bandwidth to engage with and properly respond to non-Brexit related policy consultations or initiatives at this time.’
The ‘government has recruited many extra staff; we cannot.’
Over 30 trade associations signed the letter, initially seen and reported by Sky, where they argued that their focus on mitigating the potential consequences of a hard Brexit means they have insufficient resources to address other policy issues.
The letter focuses on the sense of frustration in the industry, and that they want specific consultations to be delayed; such as the deposit return scheme for England and Wales, national recycling service, plastic item tax and the consultation on the sustainable use of pesticides.
The letter comes two weeks after some of the biggest UK retailers warned that a ‘no-deal’ Brexit would undermine the complex supply chain, and threaten food security in the UK.

What is Processed Food?

First, we should start on the tricky subject of definitions.
 What is Processed Food ?

Jones and Clemens published a nice summary of how various organizations differ in their definitions of “processed food” (3). The United States Department of Agriculture and other government organizations, for example, tend to use a broad definition that includes any changes from a natural state – such as washing, heating, and cooking, to adding preservatives, flavors, additives, etc. The American Institute for Cancer Research uses the term “minimally processed” to denote vegetables, grains, and beans prepared without much added to them, or minimal refining. Then there is the “NOVA” system, an attempt by Dr. Carlos Monteiro and colleagues to categorize food processing into: “unprocessed or minimally processed foods”, which are essentially unmodified from nature or include light processing such as drying, boiling, freezing, etc., “processed culinary ingredients”, “processed foods”, and “ultra-processed foods” as the extreme, which includes foods made with ingredients with limited “unprocessed foods”, such as concentrated energy sources like sugars, oils, fat, salt, extracts like casein, lactose, and whey, or additives like dyes, flavors, sweeteners, etc. (4). There doesn’t appear to be good published data on what the public considers processed food, although the International Food Information Council (IFIC) has developed definitions with input from consumer focus groups, discussed below.

              ➥Directions
  1. ü  To make the base:

  6. ü  Remove from the oven.
   Add toppings to pizza:

  4. ü  Finally, sprinkle the remainder of the cheese on top.
  5. ü  Place back into the oven a further 10-15mins.
  6. ü  Combine all ingredients for the pizza sauce.
